Conditioning and Instantiation Tool
for the German Navy
Modern command and weapon deployment systems [FüWES] of the German Navy are increasingly subject to comprehensive parameterisation. Through interaction with one or more supplementary data sets, the mission-specific and possibly position-dependent conditioning of such command and weapon deployment systems influences their mode of operation in the functional chains, especially in automatic processes. We have been providing the "I-Sys" conditioning and instantiation tool for creating system condition and configuration since 2013.
I-SYS
Conditioning and Instantiation tool
I-Sys is a distributed database system (client/server architecture) with the following tasks:
- Import of existing industrial data deliveries into the database
- Export of parameterisation products from the database
- Editing and validation of specific deployment requirements
- Versioning of data sets and creation of baselines (configuration management)
- Checking of data sets by the user
- Checking of data sets for consistency, validity of associations, compliance with value ranges and command and weapon deployment system [FüWES] data set rules.
