ZEBEL [Central Bundeswehr Spare Parts Logistics]
Central Bundeswehr Spare Parts Logistics: On behalf of the Bundeswehr, the ZEBEL cooperative project supplies all civilian and selected military maintenance facilities as well as Heeresinstandsetzungslogistik GmbH with materials required for the maintenance of land systems. Around 80,000 different items are stored at ZEBEL, from screws and tyres to tank gearboxes weighing several tonnes. These are delivered to more than 400 maintenance companies throughout Germany within a maximum of 48 hours. The central warehouse for ZEBEL has been operated by ESG for over 20 years.
Bavarian Police Logistics Centre
Future-oriented centralisation: Together with the Bavarian police offices, ESG designed a logistics centre within a year and advised the customer. The aim of the overall project was to centralise the entire procurement of the Bavarian police in a new office to be set up in Hof, to establish quality control and to set up a warehouse for selected material.
