ESG is directing its strategic focus even more on security and defense - ESG Mobility GmbH becomes part of the Cognizant

ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH and the US company Cognizant have agreed that the Cognizant Group will take over all shares in ESG Mobility GmbH. The acquisition of ESG Mobility GmbH includes all subsidiaries of the engineering specialist for the digitization of the mobility of the future.
With this strategic focus, ESG GmbH is strengthening its growth path as the selected, reliable, national technology and innovation partner of the German armed forces, authorities and organizations with security tasks as well as industrial companies in the security and defense sector. At the same time, ESG Mobility, as part of the globally operating digitalization and IT group Cognizant, has an ideal opportunity to further consolidate and significantly expand its position as an engineering service provider and enabler for the mobility of the future - nationally and internationally.
